Adoption Fee
The current adoption fee for our puppies is $1500
We also offer payment plans through AfterPay! This will allow you to split the fee in to 4 bi-weekly smaller payments, interest free.
Everyone deserves a chance at their puppy. We don’t believe in “If you can’t afford $5000, then how will you take care of the puppy?” You hear everywhere.
Meeting Puppies
We can do video meets at any time! You can also see lots of updates on our instagram @pomchisplease
In person meets can be arranged. But they are limited to adoptive families, to avoid risk of bringing in infections. Puppies are not vaccinated until 8 weeks, so they are vulnerable to many diseases that are quickly fatal to young pups.
What does purebred mean?
Our pups are over 85% Pomeranian or Chihuahua. A Pomchi is a mix of both! A dog can be registered as purebred with a kennel club above 87% their breed. But what does Pure Bred mean? It means that, to be registered with the kennel club, the dog has passed the “tests” that meet the breed standards. Height, head size, coat colors, toes, and a dozen other things. For example, a Pomeranian can meet all the guidelines but if it is born with a chocolate sable coat, it can not be registered as that coat is not recognized as a breed standard.
Chihuahuas also have their own different breed standards as well. Puppies that do not meet these standards are sold as “pet quality.” – even if they are purebred.
I personally breed for temperament and do not put my dogs through the stress of showing. My pups are family, pet quality, companions. ♡
